I’m in recovery from an anxiety disorder, depression and an eating disorder. And it’s been going well. Very well actually. Up until last week I would have said that I am ‘recovered’.
But life isn’t that simple.
Depression is not so much a feeling as a temporary state of being. It’s not to be romanticized in black and white pictures. It’s real.
