Where to Find Help

In this section I will post some of the therapy centres and treatments that I have personally experienced and recommend to anyone suffering with mental illnesses in Wexford. I will try to provide some information about these and I also welcome any suggestions. I will continue to add to these as I get more information.

ItsGood2Talk is a low cost psychological therapy centre. All their prices are on their website and on facebook and they are very easily contactable by email.

Wexford Mental Health Centre provide services from therapists and psychiatrists such as therapy, group therapy sessions and doctor services. They are very helpful and the staff are kind and understanding. Call them to enquire about their services 9am to 5pm.

Grow Ireland

Grow Ireland

A mental health organisation that helps people who have suffered or are suffering from mental health problems. They also have support groups available for people suffering with chronic illnesses.

Online Resources:


Provides information on depression, anxiety and eating disorders, as well as bi-polar, and provides coping skills for dealing with them. They also have a free hotline to call if you are feeling overwhelmed with anxiety or depression.

Wexford Mental Health Association



Online therapy session every Monday evening. Just log on to the site and register yourself for the online group therapy session where they talk about eating disorders


Reach Out provides information on stress, anxiety, bullying, suicide, depression, bipolar and other issues that can affect your mental health and well-being.
